COMMUNITY PROJECTS

The AIM Group have been partnered with SSP UK & SSP Foundation for 2 years, supporting those further from the labour market into employment through SSP UK opportunities. SSP UK have committed to opening their opportunities to individuals particularly facing barriers to work with The AIM Group Foundation.

The AIM Group Foundation have worked closely to provide enhanced support to young people that are trying to get into employment, through providing an enhanced level of support to be successful in interview with SSP UK.

This includes: 

• Access to free pre-employment training 

• Travel bursaries – supporting with travel costs to interview. 

• Support preparing for interview 

• Travel guidance and budgeting advice 

• Access to free upskill training once securing a role. 

To date, we have supported 300 unemployed young people into SSP UK opportunities.
