WELCOME TO THE AIM GROUP FOUNDATION

BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT

WHO WE ARE

The AIM Group Foundation is a not-for-profit branch of the AIM Group organisation. Through our extensive network of schools and NEET* organisations we support young people of all abilities and social backgrounds. By promoting equality, diversity and inclusion as our core values, it shows that we are passionate about driving social mobility. We want to do this by making sure everyone, regardless of background or location has an equal opportunity to career prospects, has a fair chance of reaching their potential and is armed with the tools to succeed.

OUR UNIQUE APPROACH

Meaningful Work. Unforgettable Experiences.

We have a unique, three-pronged approach we use to place young people into alternative career pathways from apprenticeships to various job opportunities with vocational courses and clear progression paths. We work closely with schools, our corporate partners, trusted training providers and parents to educate and inform people about the different career pathways that are open to them. We inspire, develop and empower young people to give them all the tools they need so they can have the best start to their working life.
